Akumin to Host Yearend 2020 Financial Results Call April 1, 2021

March 25, 2021 – Plantation, FL – Akumin Inc. (NASDAQ/TSX: AKU) (“Akumin” or the “Company”) will host a conference call at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time, April 1, 2021, to discuss its fourth quarter and yearend 2020 financial results.
The Company adopted U.S. GAAP as the basis of preparation for the 2020 Annual Financial Statements effective for the fiscal year-ended December 31, 2020, after its common shares commenced trading on the NASDAQ on September 2, 2020 and becoming an “SEC Issuer” for purposes of the Canadian Securities Administrators’ National Instrument 51-102 — Continuous Disclosure Obligations. The Company expects to also release interim statements for the 3-, 6-, and 9- month periods ended March 31, 2020, June 30, 2020, and September 30, 2020, respectively, in U.S. GAAP together with its release of its 2020 Annual Financial Statements, all of which the Company expects to be available prior to the conference call.
