Dr. Liebman, a nationally recognized leader in cerebrovascular care, is a cerebrovascular neurosurgeon uniquely trained in both traditional open and minimally invasive, endovascular neurosurgical approaches. Dr. Liebman also serves as director of neurosurgical critical care for Global Neurosciences Institute (GNI). Dr. Liebman is trained in the use of the CyberKnife® Robotic Radiosurgery System, providing patients with a non-invasive treatment option for AVMs, brain and spinal tumors, and trigeminal neuralgia.

He received fellowship training in cerebrovascular microsurgery and interventional endovascular neurosurgery at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. He served as an assistant professor of neurosurgery at Thomas Jefferson University’s Jefferson Medical College, where he started and directed a microvascular course taught to residents and fellows. He earned his medical degree from the Temple University School of Medicine.
