Stephanie Bailey, RN

Stephanie Bailey is a Nurse Practitioner with Alliance Cancer Care.

She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Auburn University with her bachelor’s degree in nursing in 2015.

Stephanie started her nursing career at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), where she cared for patients who had undergone surgical resection of esophageal and lung cancers. She went back to school at UAB to earn her master’s degree in nursing. She graduated in 2018 and became certified as an adult-gerontology adult nurse practitioner. Following graduation, she worked as a nurse practitioner in an outpatient cardiology specialty group at UAB for nearly three years. In 2021, she and her husband relocated to North Alabama, and she started working as a nurse practitioner at Alliance Cancer Care with radiation oncologist Harry James McCarty III, M.D.

Stephanie truly enjoys taking care of patients and strives to be a strong support system for them and to provide thorough and compassionate care. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs, as well as reading, traveling, watching movies/shows, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
