Medicine has been a passion Dr. Brown’s family for generations. His grandfather was a rural Texas radiologist, and his father is an oncology specialist. He is focused on providing cancer patients with the highest quality care, which requires clinical knowledge and personal involvement.

Dr. Brown earned a medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and completed his residency at University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics.

He is board-certified in radiation oncology and his professional associations include membership in the Texas Medical Association, Texas Radiological Society, and American Society of Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology. He was published in the Texas Medical Association magazine Texas Medicine, Symposium on Cancer topic of Modern Radiotherapy in September 2010. He also serves as the pediatric radiation oncologist for Dell Children’s Medical Center of Central Texas.
