Akumin has partnered with Clearpath to make accessing your medical records and images secure, simple, and convenient. You can easily receive, store, and share your files from your smartphone or computer—anytime, anywhere.

Getting Started

If you are a new patient, follow these steps to access your records

After completing your exam, you will receive an email from Clearpath

Follow the instructions within the email to create a new account or login if you are an existing Clearpath user.

Once your account is created, you can view your results & images

Depending on the type of exam, results can take between 48 to 72 hours to process and show up in your account.

Viewing Previous Results

If you are an existing patient, follow these steps to access your records

Visit your clinic’s location page on this website or select from the regions below

Click the appropriate link to access the Clearpath portal, login or follow the steps to create a new account.

Securely access, view, or share your results & images with your provider

Allow your care team to collaborate efficiently, with imaging studies available when your providers need them.

Requesting previous images & reports

Once logged in, records can be requested via the Request Records tab.
