Thank you for placing your online submission, your order is now being processed. Below is a brief description of the stages your order will go through and when you can expect to receive your items*.
1 Design & Approval
Collateral is created and emailed for your approval (not applicable for existing designs without edits). For large orders, a quote will be obtained for sign-off.
1-3 Business Days
2 Upload to Bigtincan
Files will be uploaded to Bigtincan for digital sharing with referring providers. An email notification will be sent to the team.
1 Business Day
3 Printing & Production
If your item qualifies for printing (e.g. script pads, appointment cards, etc), the order will be sent to the printer and you will receive access to view the status.
3-7 Business Days
4 Shipping & Delivery
Once printing is complete, a tracking label is created and sent for shipment. You can view the tracking link and estimated delivery date on the Creative Request board.
2-5 Business Days
