Hugo Montes, M.D. is a board-certified radiologist with advanced subspecialty training in cardiovascular and body CT/MRI. He earned his medical degree magna cum laude from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine and completed his diagnostic radiology residency at the University of Florida Health Science Center in Jacksonville, followed by a fellowship in non-invasive cardiac and vascular MDCT/MRI at the same institution. Dr. Montes has extensive clinical experience across hospital-based and outpatient settings, with expertise in advanced cardiac imaging, body MRI, nuclear medicine, and minimally invasive procedures. He is proficient in a wide range of diagnostic modalities. Dr. Montes has authored multiple research publications and presented at national conferences, and he holds dual certification from the American and European Boards of Radiology.
