Thomas Pulling, M.D. is a board-certified radiologist with advanced subspecialty training in neuroradiology and over 15 years of clinical and military medical experience. He earned his medical degree with honors from Wayne State University School of Medicine and completed his diagnostic radiology residency and transitional year internship at Tripler Army Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident. He went on to complete a neuroradiology fellowship at Stanford University Medical Center, where he also served as Chief Fellow. Dr. Pulling has held staff and leadership positions in both military and civilian settings. His clinical expertise includes advanced brain, spine, and head and neck imaging, and he has contributed to academic radiology through national presentations and peer-reviewed publications.
