Tracey Hoffman, NP

Tracey Hoffman is a nurse practitioner at Louisville CyberKnife.

She has over 14 years of experience as an oncology nurse practitioner and a total of 20 years in oncology nursing.

Tracey is a Louisville native and attended Bellarmine College for her undergrad education and Spalding University for her nursing education.

After graduation, she began her nursing career at the University of Louisville Hospital and is excited to return and work at the Brown Cancer Center.

Tracey has devoted her life’s work to hematology/oncology and has a background in both solid tumor and blood cancer patients. As an oncology-certified nurse, she is passionate about promoting the ever-changing field of oncology nursing and is an advocate for patient education.

She has been honored as the recipient of the Greater Louisville Oncology Nursing Society Nurse of the Year and the Good Samaritan awards. She also received the Vickie Bohannan Award for Nursing Excellence during her nurse practitioner training. Currently, Tracey is serving on the board of directors for the Greater Louisville Oncology Nursing Society as past president.

In her free time, Tracey enjoys quilting, hiking, cooking, reading, traveling with her family, and walking her two dogs, Sally and Harvey.
