About Our Schaumburg Center

Akumin’s Schaumburg facility is conveniently located between I-90 and E Algonquin Rd at Walden Office Square, near the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center. Since 2009, we’ve been proud to offer affordable outpatient imaging services to the local community.

Patients and referring physicians alike benefit from our streamlined service, including report sharing software for faster turnaround times and accurate results. Our advanced equipment features a High-field 1.5T Open MRI scanner, designed to reduce noise and help ease patient anxiety—making for a more comfortable imaging experience.

Open six days a week, our knowledgeable and friendly team is here to support patients with appointment scheduling, insurance billing, and authorization assistance.
