About Our Royal Palm Center

Akumin Royal Palm has been providing a full range of imaging and diagnostic services for over 25 years. This 12,000 sq. ft., ADA compliant facility offers free onsite parking with wheelchair access and is conveniently located in the Center for the Medical Arts.

Both patients and their referring physicians will appreciate our streamlined service with report sharing software for accurate results and faster report turnaround times.

Open 5 days a week with early morning hours and select weekend availability, our knowledgeable and friendly staff provide attentive customer service and can assist with appointment scheduling, insurance billing, and authorizations. We also offer very competitive self-pay pricing, payment plans, and Care Credit for your convenience.

Full list of procedures: High-field 1.5T MRI, CT, PET, Digital X-ray, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, Bone Densitometry (DEXA), and 3D Mammography.*

I wanted to let you know about a recent visit I had at Akumin Royal Palm. I am a breast cancer patient and had to come in for a CT Scan and a Body Scan and was extremely anxious and overwhelmed and your staff was amazing!!! Specifically the two CT techs Lanze and Walter rocked it by calming my nerves, making sure I was comfortable, and just being all-around wonderful. Additionally, your site manager Shannon Hoffman was so kind to me and just made this awful cancer experience a litter easier.

I booked an exam at this location and Walter was pleasant and very informative about what was going to happen during my visit and what I should expect. He called me to reconfirm the appointment the day before and to give me instructions to prepare.
