I had a procedure today at Akumin in Langhorne, PA 825 Town Centre Drive. Everything was great! Check in was very efficient and there was no waiting. Denise is the person who took me through the check in process. She put me at ease, she was very friendly, positive, professional, and efficient. Very thorough and explained each piece of information and each step. Brenda was my technician. She was fantastic. She was very helpful over the phone before my visit, even when I had to call her back to make sure I understood some directions. She was patient with me. And on site she made me very comfortable, she was friendly, positive, and efficient. She walked me through each step in the process. You can be proud of the operation in Langhorne and these two staff members in particular who I dealt with. All the other staff seemed equally good even though I did not interact with them. Things seemed to be going smoothly for everyone, and the staff were all friendly and professional. What a great team you have there!

I just wanted you to know how special Judy made us feel. She stepped in to help my 97-year-old mother avoid having to wait an excessive amount of time for her x-ray so I could take her home and put her back to bed. I get the impression Judy makes everybody feel special. She is truly an asset to your organization. I hope she’s the one person that trains all of your new employees. And then they can be as wonderful as her.
