MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging)

Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is a noninvasive diagnostic technique that uses powerful magnets and radiofrequency waves to create highly detailed images of internal structures. MRI is commonly used to evaluate the brain, spine, joints, and soft tissues, helping diagnose conditions such as neurological disorders, sports injuries, and chronic pain. At our Pinellas Park location, we offer High-Field MRI and Wide-Bore MRI, providing excellent image clarity while allowing for a more comfortable and spacious scanning experience. Wide-bore systems are particularly beneficial for patients who may feel claustrophobic or require additional space, helping ensure a more relaxed and successful exam.

CT Scan (Computed Tomography)

At Akumin Pinellas Park, CT scans are performed using modern equipment designed for both speed and accuracy. X-Ray (Walk-In Available)
