About Our Hollywood Hills Center

Akumin Hollywood Hills provides excellent outpatient imaging services in a comfortable and luxurious setting with prompt scheduling, convenient hours, immediate image transmission and turnaround times for reports of under 24-hours.

We are located on Johnson Street across from Memorial Regional Hospital’s emergency room, and we offer ample parking and free valet service if required. As a preferred center for referring physicians in the area, our friendly and competent staff ensure efficient and pleasant service, with special attention given to patient privacy and comfort.

Full list of procedures: High-field 1.5T MRI, CT, PET/CT, Digital X-ray, Ultrasound, Bone Densitometry (DEXA), and 3D Tomosynthesis Mammography.*

Additional exams offered at this location: Magnetic Resonance Angiography (MRA), Computed Tomography Angiography (CTA), Calcium Scores, and Vascular Duplex (Venous Doppler).*

I wanted to thank Patti Peters and the team at Akumin Hollywood. I arrived today for my scheduled MRI and MRA appointments in distress. My insurance company had not yet approved these medically necessary tests, and Patti took action as my advocate. She coordinated phone calls with my insurance company and Doctor to make sure I had the tests authorized as they should have been. I can't stress enough how important it is to have a patient advocate like Patti working on our behalf. It's already stressful having to get these tests done, and she took that stress away. God bless people like Patti Peters. I am sincerely grateful.

I would like to thank and compliment Sandra Watson who works at your Hollywood, FL facility as an ultrasound technician. I travel from an adjoining city to the Hollywood FL facility because of Sandra. Certainly, there are many freestanding facilities in my area that offer the same service, but they don’t have Sandra! She is especially kind and considerate and treats patients with compassion, caring, and respect. I was quite nervous before my appointment but Sandra was able to put my fears to rest. She is soft spoken, very sweet and calming. She is an excellent employee and deserves to be recognized for her wonderful work ethic.
